Find Out How We Can Keep You From Spending the Night in JAIL!

Q
Why do I need a bail bondsman?
AIf you or a loved one has been arrested, a bail bondsman can provide a bail payment to a detainment facility on a defendant’s behalf. If you are not able to post bail, you may have no choice but to spend the night in jail. Texas Outlaws Bail Bonds helps you to avoid that unpleasant experience.
Q
How much does Texas Outlaws Bail Bonds charge?
AThere are no set rates for a bond payment. Bondsmen work off of percentages of the bond amount that is set by a judge at a bail hearing. The fee varies from case to case and we always do our best to work within our client’s Budget. When a defendant uses a bail bond agency, they pay the agent a fee, and the agent acts as a surety.
Q
Do I have to pay the bond all at once?
ANot in all cases. There are times, we are able to figure a smaller percentage rate to serve as a form of a “down payment” and then create a specific payment plan for you to pay out the remainder. However, on some occasions, this unique bond payment plan will require someone to cosign for the client. Occasionally, we are able to offer a discounted rate for bonds paid in full.
Q
Are Check-Ins required?
AYes. We require our clients to check in via both phone and physical check-ins. Each case is handled uniquely and the schedule and frequency of required check-ins depend upon various circumstances. We are not a one size fits all Bail Bonds Service. We will review each case and will explain all the details when you are signing your bond paperwork.
Q
I just completed court and my case is over. What should I do next?
AYou are officially ‘off bond’ just as soon as your balance is paid in full, your court case has been completed and you are no longer required to check in.

Please note: If there is still a balance owed to Texas Outlaws Bail Bonds, you will still be required to pay the balance in full.
